	A copy of your puppy's shot record for me to keep

	Wear comfortable clothing and closed toe athlete shoes to class

Good Dog Manners Class Supplies

	Dogs can wear a flat or martingale collar, harness (small dogs only) or Gentle Leader
	A skid proof mat for your puppy
	6 foot web or leather leash
	water and bowl for your puppy
	water for yourself
	Wear comfortable clothing and closed toe athlete shoes to class
	A copy of your dog's shot record for me to keep

Requirements

	Bring proof of current vaccinations to the first class.
	Puppies must be in good health.
	For registration and class start dates go to the Schedule
	Bring puppies to first class.
	Please Do Not feed your puppy before class.
	Assignment sheet for the week will be handed out at the end of each lesson.
	These classes are limited to 6-8 puppies.
	Sessions are one hour thirty minutes a week for 7 weeks.
	Members of the family are encouraged to come to class.
