How to join a class:

1. Print the registration form and fill it out.

2. See instructions on joining a class on the registration form for the Humane Society of Polk Country.

3.  The best way to register is to call HSPC at 863-324-5227 or stop by the HSPC on 3195 Dundee Rd., Winter Haven, and ask for Diann's dog training classes.

5. Call Diann at 863-289-1138 or the Humane Society of Polk County at 863-324-5227 if you have any questions.

6. Diann Andress is the owner/trainer. She can be contacted at 863-289-1138 or luckydogk9@gmail.com.

7. Remember class is limited to 8 dogs.  Payment for class must be made at the Humane Society in Winter Haven (863-324-5227) before you are added to the class list. Copy the registration form,  when completed email to luckydogk9@gmail.com, also include a copy of your dog's shot records.

8. No people aggressive dogs or dog aggressive dogs may join this class. If you have an aggressive dog, give me a call to work out training.

9. No refunds after 48 hours before the first lesson. No make-up classes. If you miss a class, ask for a homework sheet.
